To help you quickly retrieve full-text articles, we provide two levels of service, together with our powerful search and ordering tools.
Service Options & Turnaround Time
We provide two levels of service with different turnaround time.
- Standard service: Articles delivered in 1-2 business days, service starts at US$12.00 per article
- Rush Service: Next business day turnaround, service starts at US$20.00 per article
Turnaround time depends on article availability. We always fill your requests AS SOON AS POSSIBLE because we are more concerned about turnaround time than you do.
Delivery Options
- Electronic: Most requests will be filled by providing an electronic copy, unless otherwise requested. Files less than 2MB in size will be sent to the requester's Email address; Files 2 MB or larger in size will be posted to our file server and the requester will receive an email with instructions and a URL where the files could be downloaded. The electronic copy will be kept on our server for 15 days.
- Photocopy: Photocopies can be delivered via mail or fax. For fax delivery, considering the jet lag between different time zones, receiver's fax machine is required to work 24 hours a day.
Citation Verification
Sometimes you may have a portion of a citation to an article or book but not enough information to find it. You may know the author, what the article is about or the approximate publication date. Or you may have a full citation but find that some portion is wrong, especially when the original citation is in Chinese characters that you can not read.
Don't give up if your other vendors have sent it back "rejected", try us! Many years of experience have taught us what errors to expect, and what resources to consult. The experienced staff of The Chinese Source Services will help you repair the citation to locate the articles you are looking for. This service is totally FREE of charge.
Quotation Before Order
Contact our Sales Team to get a quotation prior to order placement. Our sales representatives will quote you a price and the time estimated to supply the order. In cases of doubt or disagreement on the quotation, a sales coordinator will decide and notify you the availability via email. No cost is charged for quotations.
